Chocolate Covered Strawberries w/ a Crunch

These chocolate covered strawberries were the perfect addition to mine and my fiancé’s picnic date on Valentine’s Day. The chocolate is so simple to make and is made with clean, simple ingredients you can feel good about. The Nutless ‘Nola adds the perfect crunch to these yummy dipped strawberries. Although, they are so perfect for V-day, I hope you enjoy them anytime of the year! They are SO good! Can’t wait to make them again, soon, especially while strawberry season is here!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large container strawberries, rinsed and dried

  • 3 cups Nutless ‘Nola

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  1. Whisk together the melted coconut oil, cacao powder, pure maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Dip a strawberry into the chocolate, then roll it around in the Nutless ‘Nola to coat.

  4. Set the coated strawberries on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  5. Place in the refrigerator to harden.

  6. Enjoy!
