Pink Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:  

  • 3 cups vanilla yogurt  

  • ½ packet of thawed pitaya  

  • ½ cup Nutless ‘Nola

  • Optional toppings: edible glitter, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, blueberries, etc. 

 

Steps: 

  1. Combine the yogurt with the thawed pitaya, until you achieve a pretty pink yogurt.  

  2. Pour an even layer of the pink yogurt onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. 

  3. Sprinkle with Nutless ‘Nola and any additional toppings you may wish to add.  

  4. Place in the freezer until completely solid, at least 3-5 hours.  

  5. Using a sharp knife, chop into pieces, then enjoy! 

  6. Keep remaining bark stored in the freezer.
